they make a lot of sense, but i've never done them. there are a few small things i'd take issue with, like shrugs appearing in some of the deadlift programmes when something like a snatch pull would make more sense. try them and see?

There's only shrugs in the 1x advance deadlift routine. That routine has a lot of deadlift volume in 1 day and I sure as hell wouldn't want to be doing snatch pulls after it all
Nuckols is based as fuck. Running his 3x intermediate bench routine and feeling way better about bench than I have in a long time. I'm only on the last week of my first run through but I've achieved a 2.5kg increase for 2/3 AMAP sets and hoping for another increase at the end of this week.
