How the fuck do I get sleep regularly on time to help not compromise my gainz? It's 6 in the morning and I spent the entire night arguing with some random bitch about how transexuality is a mental illness. I quoted like 19 studies to confirm my points. What the fuck is wrong with me? I've tried melatonin, I take like 4 evrynight to no avail. I gotta go to the gym in 3 hours...and then meet up with friends in 6 hours and go to work in 9 fucking kill me jeez. Any sleep advice friends with bene/fit/s?

Step 1: Either stop browsing /pol/ or go back to it.
Step 2: Don't argue with people on a subject you're not that informed of.
Step 3: Actually tire yourself out with your workouts.
Step 4: Actually try to sleep. If you're actually putting in effort at the gym, eating right, and not doing autistic shit at 4 in the morning, your melatonin levels will be high. It'll overwhelm you and then you'll crash the fuck out.
