Hey /fit/ I'm looking for some advice as this is my first time here. I'm 197 lbs and want to lose body fat. I have a good bit of muscle on me but doesn't matter with the fat. My question is how many meals should I be eating per day? I lift on a regular basis and I don't eat that much, but when I do I eat like shit. What should I do?

1 meal can be better than 4, if it's clean and has good macros+calorie.
Ignore meal timing if you don't have the capacity and will for it.
