Alchemy is the study of internal and external transformation. Alchemy is not chemistry per se, since the alchemist works on both the physical, astral and mental planes, while the chemist works on the physical plane alone - by working on the higher planes, the blueprints to the physical, the accomplishments of the alchemist seems absurd to the chemist.

You meditate just like you beat your heart or breath with your lungs. You just sort of do it. There is no goal or any benefit to the act alone.

Meditation is basically quieting your conscious mind. The easiest way to do this is sitting quietly and focusing on your breath. There are loads of instructional videos on youtube etc on how to do it, as a beginner the best way to start is probably with 'counting' meditations where you count the breath in, holding the breath, and release the breath for x amount of seconds.

Meditation is a skill and you get better with practice. Plus there are many ways to approach it - it's about finding what works for you.

Personally I have found meditation of immense benefit in learning to calm my mind, think clearer, deal with emotions, and 'control' my thoughts.

I'm sure there are people on here that will tell you that you can leave your body, fly to the moon and converse with Shiva about cheese. Maybe you can if that is the path you follow, but if you do it correctly you will probably get better at reducing negative emotions like anger, and realising the negative influence on your mind of certain media/people etc. This isn't enlightenment, but it helps you be a better more compassionate person. Also if you learn to switch off your conscious mind completely it can go to a strange place - it's like watching you subconscious mind (this can be revealing), but I'm sure people will have other explanations.

Ofcourse, there is no such thing as luck. Everything is under law, everything serves a purpose and meaning. Luck is merly a word the uninitiated use for things larger than themselves, wich they do not understand. Your oversoul gave you a glimpse of the future. For what reason? To explain what i mean: android phones, chome, gmail, youtube, everything is run by google and all of these services know essentially everything about us. Im wanting replacements for these services, along with messaging apps and vpns that you guys recommend.

Reality is if they want it, they'll get it. Unless you want to be a hermit and live in the middle of nowhere it's getting pretty tough.

The question you need to ask yourself is what is it you want to hide? I understand privacy is important but unless you are doing something illegal you shouldn't worry.

Have you tried guided meditations to start? Headspace app is a good one.

Youtube etc. After you follow these for a while, you can focus on using them sparingly or as needed to get your mind in line again. I did guided meditations for about 2 months every night before I was able to do it on my own.

Try hypnosis instead. You can do self-hypnosis or look for files online. Once you learn how to get your brain to shut up with hypnosis, doing it while meditating is easy.

If you don't want to go that route then the best advice I can give you is, the second you find yourself thinking, just let the thought fizzle out. Don't get mad, just let it get washed away, as if it wasn't there.
