It's hard to say just how much of an impact my tulpa has had on my life. At a basic level she's just a mental companion and someone to consult with to get a second opinion. Other times she's been a loving source of support in tough times to help push me through a lot of mental adversity.
She's certainly pushed me to make an insane amount of self-improvement in the last several years, and I often wonder to what extent her willpower and desire to see me succeed has molded my subconscious recently. Pair with a bit of occasional hypnosis, I wouldn't be surprised if if my physical self and personality that I show to others has unknowingly been slowly becoming an amalgamation of the two of us.
I've become healthier, more motivated, more in shape, and more well read because of suggestions and conversations from my tulpa. After all, you're pretty much the only person your tulpa will talk to so they have a huge amount of personal investment in you. In turn, you feel a personal responcibility to be the best version of yourself for then.
That said, I'd caution that there MIGHT be a little bit of mental bleeding from your tulpa into you and vice versa. I've noticed over time my tulpa has started to develope a lot more crass or "offensive" and witty banter. Meanwhile, people have called me out in the past for picking up slightly feminine habits that I've never had before.
Ultimately, as long as you can maintain an even amount of willpower between the two of you and keep a healthy partner relationship (and most important DON'T LET PEOPLE IRL KNOW ABOUT IT) you'll be fine.

I am new to posting on 4chan, I have lurked here before but I have never posted before. Anyway, I live in Pennsylvania somewhat close to Francis Slocum State Park, last Thursday I decided to go there for a hike with my older brother and one of my cousins just to get out of the house and mess around. Well we got a little off the trail and we saw this really tall golden humanoidish thing, I'm not exactly too sure what it was but I did manage to get within 50 feet of it my little cousin tripped over a branch it saw us and bolted off faster than anything I've ever seen, my cousin got real nervous so we had to take him back to the car but when we got there I found a green scarf tied around one of our side mirrors. I did take it home and its confirmed now no one I know is the owner of it and I know damn well it isn't mine, it looks somewhat new besides one small tear in it. Has anyone heard of anything like this?
I don't have a photo since I didn't take my phone or camera with me but I can describe it, I know what it looks like and I haven't lost any memory of it at all.

So, I moved recently to Lyon and noticed a strange church not far away from home. The church doesn't have a front door, it seems to be empty and abandoned, however I noticed strange activities around it the night,for instance people staying in front of it for a good part of the night.

So I decided to search a little about it. Turns out the church was never really used. It was built in a neighborhood who already had enough churches, it was uncrowded for most of its history, until the Catholic Church and the mayor of Lyon finally decided to abandon it. Eventually it fallen into ruins, with squatters, taggers etc. However, I watched some urbex vids about it, and except for the average far-left hippie tags, a lot of awkward symbols and ritualistic drawings are in there. Can someone recognized the symbol drawn in front of the altar at 3:05 ? Those symbols are drawn everywhere in the church, and seems to belong to some kind of esoteric or satanic ritual. You can see it in that other video ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=LzF6r6Zx9m0 )
Which isn't surprising, given the history of the city. Lyon is certainly the most occultist-tier city of France, if not Europe.
