Well. This was fantastic.

It was alright. Connections with the manuscript were a bit loose, but at least it's not spoonfed.
Aside from that REVENGE painting. That was pretty stupid.

Yah I mean,,it's not a master piece but I was very pleased as I didn't know what to expect.
Good to see a decent film from time to time
Dude was weak. His wife had a legitimate reason to leave him.
And what the fuck. She doesn't want to be with him.
Fuck that dude and the movie was a 4.6 out of 10.
What, so is that it?
What part of series finale do you not understand?

It feels pretty good knowing that Pete by far got the best life at the end of the series. I was rooting for him the entire time.

>In 1970, Sobel shot himself in the head with a small-caliber pistol.[9] The bullet entered his left temple, passed behind his eyes, and exited out the other side of his head. This severed his optic nerves and left him blind.[9] He was later moved to a VA assisted living facility in Waukegan, Illinois. He resided there for his last seventeen years until his death due to malnutrition on September 30, 1987.
>Died of malnutrition in a veterans hospital
really makes you think

That's where people always fuck up, the gun to the temple thing looks kino but is a terrible way to commit suicide.

You really just need to look in a mirror while you are doing it to make sure the barrel is positioned to hit your brain not your eyes
My great-grandfather killed himself like 10 years after he fought at Okinawa. They didn't know what PTSD was or how to treat it back then
One of my favorite ways filmmakers end their movies is through a prologue where two characters who were once close, but drifted apart, see each other again after a long time, but they discover that things have changed and can't go back to how they were.
"Y Tu Mama Tambien" had Tenoch and Julio running into each other and having coffee. The women they each fucked had died. They had both broken up with their own girlfriends. They were going off to grad school, I think. The narrator says "They'd never see each other again."
"Little Men" saw Jake getting into the private high school he'd dreamt of, and while working on a project one day, from across the room, he saw Tony and his new friends. He didn't say anything, but wanted to. He couldn't though. Things had changed.
"Stand By Me," in a way. Via Gordie's narration, he saws that two of his best friends, Vern and Teddy, just kind of grew apart and that they never spoke after the summer they saw the body. He and Chris stayed kind of close, but when High School rolled around, they stopped hanging out. Years later, Gordie reads in the paper Chris had died.
I can't put my finger on why, but I really love this ending. It's a bitter emotion, but kind of makes the story you just saw all the more meaningful because it was so fleeting. What are some more movies that do this?
Not exactly the same thing but the ending of Sideways works in a similar fashion

It's good. I've drifted apart from many good friends. Grateful to have had them and share the time.

Once Upon a Time in America is absolutely GOAT
Has anyone seen John Wick 2? What's /tv/'s opinion on these movies?
Thinking of seeing it tomorrow.
it's John Wick, but with a 2 on the end.
>>79800473
It's good, first one's better tho
It's good. It's more campy than the first on and gives you lots more of the 'assassin underworld'
What the fuck? I am halfway through this movie and the villains on the cover literally only got 1 minute of screen time before being killed off and this African chick with a golden machine gun who looked pretty cool imo got killed off very early as well.

the only purge that needs to happen is hollywood.
they dont produce anything of value anyway
Why don't people just go innawoods when this shit happens?
