Now that the dust has settled, can we all agree this is the kinoest videogame to movie adaptation?
pretty solid movie. Amazing in fact considering it came from the Uwe Bolle era of vidya kino
you know, i liked Tomb Raider movie as well.
>removing all the occult stuff and replacing it with aliens and genetically engineered zombies
nah it sucked ass.
Mortal Kombat and Silent Hill were better.
How can a three panel comic strip about a cat smoking a pipe mean anything more than that?
GARMFIELD
Anyone have full John Blyth Barrymore's written script? I really need this.
Who owns this shit, why are they so slow to release subs, but the movies are fucking out.

Maybe stop being a fat piece of shit and you won't have that problem.
Actors and actresses that you hate just because
John Cusack, always disliked everything about him and his acting, but can't pinpoint why.
Benedict Cumberbatch
Don't really hate him, but immediately disinterested in a movie once he appears.
just look at her, she's a huge bitch
Just watched the first episode of Fargo. Seems intriguing but the writing seems kinda meh from just the first episode. Should I just watch the movie instead?
First season is great. Second season is not.
>>79809070
Watch movie then all of season 1. I haven't seen 2 yet
You should watch the movie and the first season. There is much better dark comedy in the movie but he characters are a bit better in the series due to more time to flesh out
>rich and famous actor
>marries a black woman even once
>she constantly spends all his money
What the FUCK was he thinking?!

She's tremendously ugly to boot
and he want's to rebuild his heritage by making a netflix-scorcese-gangster movie with al pacino and pesci
he must be into some crazy fetish that no white woman would comply with

Can we talk about this kino?
Just finished the first season, after seeing some webms posted here. Thought there might be enough people on here that did like I do that we could have a thread about it.
I was blown the fuck away to be honest. I have never watched a series that has held my suspense and attention so consistently as this. Not a single mediocre episode, not one moment of wasted screentime or an unappealing story arc.
The atmosphere, cast, pacing, tension and story are all fucking stellar, this deserves a lot more attention then it currently has.
Season 1 Spoilers belowDayum shame they killed DCI Morten, fave guy by far, but the sudden shift in his character after getting shot was some fucking top notch acting. From his calm, collected and in-control demeanor to suddenly exposing raw emotion, fear and vulnerability was so well done by Tucci.Without a doubt there are people on here who jerked it to Marcus' and Shirley's feeding/gaining fetish thingAnd probably the wasp hatching scene as wellTrish is hot
Will there be more seasons? What was the point of prehistoric rabies?

I liked it. Was a bit disappointed with the ending but it was fairly obvious they didn't know whether the series will continue in the second season by the end of planning the first one.
Would like to check the second season.
Very atmospheric, subtle, ephemeral show. Quite unique I'd say.
It's fucking garbage
Did anyone else think this film was completely retarded? The characters and the scenes were like they were imagined by a child. Cliched and over the top.
>>79808633
Have you ever been to war? I thought it looked pretty realistic. Human waves just running at machine guns is how its done.
I agree OP, notenoughniggerfaggots/10
Well the parts the memers find most outrageous are taken directly from his MoH commendation.
How will a Metal Gear film work?
Obviously the character "Snake" is the main draw to the series so they would need to take Kojima's world and drop it into reality.
Like a spy version of Sicario involving a nuclear monstrosity. That's what they need to do.
And of course, the twist, having Snake's commander being revealed as an older clone and having Snake being revealed as the inferior clone would tap into that genetic story while giving it a realistic treatment.
Who would cast as Snake though? I know would cast Sharlto Copley as the Otacon character but I would like to see Christian Bale play Snake, an American with the older clone being based on both Solidus and Liquid.
Hard to do, in my opinion.
As long as the Metal Gear looks and feels like something that could exist in our world and make the audience shit their pants when it fires off nukes and bombs American and Chinese soil then yeah, the risks have to be that high.

I actually played one of those games once. Fucking retarded
>>79808605
It's actually in the works
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0808372/
And if you played the first MGS to the end and watched the beautiful montage of life, nature and animals you'd see it was all a commentary about the need to rid the world of nuclear bombs.
What are some movies about really good con artists?

Probably his best role in a long time, he had a lot of fun working with Keanu
http://www.usatoday.com/story/life/entertainthis/2017/02/11/common-did-not-let-keanu-reeves-see-his-pain-john-wick-chapter-2/97794248/
>Common trained for weeks for the highly coordinated and technical fight sequences, often sparring with his leading man to perfect the complicated choreography. Common admits the sparring got painful.
>“I would hit him and he would hit me. We definitely struck each other at points,” says Common.
>During the drawn-out sequence where the two fight on a subway platform which spills onto the train, the knocks were particularly tough.
>“It was an intense fight and he had to keep blocking my hits with those really strong forearms. And my forearm was going against his, again and again,” says Common. “I knew I felt the pain, but I had to keep doing it. Take after take. And it was the same place on my forearms.”
>Common says Keanu would come from the set where he had been filming fight scenes all day and worked with a gash on his hand. Common, likewise, never showed the pain.
>“I never let on it was hurting, neither did he. It was like, 'We have to do this,'” Common says. “The next morning, man, it was like, ‘I never knew it was going to hurt like this’ There was a deep bruise that came from Keanu.”
>One particularly tough maneuver in the scene befuddled both actors for days. Keanu would be tough on himself and swear loudly about getting the scene right. Common would try not to despair and keep working the scene where even one small miscue in a long sequence would ruin a take.
>“There were times when it would feel like, 'Man, is this is ever going to work?'” says Common. “And when we finally got it, I just remember Keanu saying, ‘Doesn’t it feel good when we get it right?' I was like 'Yes!'"
