If you want to choose, you might want peugeot 106 - even 1.4 8v is lively and ready for some fun, plus those cars are dirt cheap and its spare parts are cheap too. I own xsara shitbox and waste it on forest roads, if it'd be as lightweight as 106, i'd be a happy man.

Just keep in mind that you won't go especially fast in it, every serious crash will fold entire driver space. Driving fun is not about driving fast though.
