If you could have 10 cars which 10 would you pick?
That's a lot of cars, I usually have trouble coming up with half as many, especially if I have to maintain them myself.

I'm looking to buy my first car, my budget is around $3-3.5k. I'm fine spending less if it still meets my needs. I don't know shit about cars and haven't driven much before, but I need to get a summer job so I need a car. Mainly will use it for commuting, a few errands around town, and occasionally 3.5 hour drives to parents house during breaks and such. I'm a college student.
Most important things to me are it has to last me at least 2 years until I graduate & needs to be cheap and reliable.
Things that I'd like but don't care as much about → Room in the back for my shit when I travel. Good gas mileage 2save money. Less than $3k 2save money. Automatic because I've heard it sucks to drive stick in traffic and there would be a lot on my daily route. Also because I can't drive stick.
First car that I'm looking at is 2000 camry w 190k miles from a car guy who my gfs senpai has bought cars from before. Price is 2500 negotiable. His wife drove the car so I'm assuming it was looked after decently. Car was hit in trunk, but bumper has been repaired. How low should I try to get this car? obv low as possible but what is acceptable?
Next car is a 03 mazda protege for $3.3k 134k mi. from used car dealership. I mainly was drawn to this one because it seemed decent price for miles and it's mentioned on sticky. I would have to learn stick.
Also found a 93 Nissan Maxima GXE w 107k mi for $1.9k. Was drawn for same reason as the mazda, price for miles and sticky. This one gets meh MPG. Also it's old but I know that doesn't necessarily mean bad.
Do I need to give anymore info
>>17136957
Sticky works on a 5k budget to stop threads like this. Read it.

This car is a BMW E30 right? Why does it say 316i on the rear instead of E30?
I saw a car on the street that was a BMW, but I was surprised that the rear said 325, even though it had a box shape.
>>17136517
E30 is the chassis code, 316i was the name of the model
>>17136517
E30 is the chassis code.
The 3 in 318 means that its the 3 series.
The 18 means it has a 1.8 liter engine.
>>17136527
>>17136539
So the chassis is the body frame of a car which gives it the box shape?
>Not pronounced "Pyoo - Jee - Ott"

It's pronounced "poo jet"

I'll start with the Lambirghini Huracan, the fastest volume production car (8564 sold from 2013-2016) around Nurburgring.

I'm no longer upside down on this 2013 Jeep Wrangler I bought last year and thank fuck because I've grown to really regret it. According to NADA it's worth exactly what I owe on it, give or take a few hundred. I want to get rid of this money pit and get a cheap used shitbox which is what I should have done in the first place.
What's the best way to sell it? I've never done this before. Just stick it on Craigslist and wait? Jeep forums? Consignment with a dealership and sell it through them?
Help me heal, /o/
pic related: it's the Jeep I bought last year.
>>17136079
take it to carmax. since they overcharge for their cars and since wranglers are so hot right now they'd give you close to blue book value. Clean the fuck out of it before they look at it.
>>17136119

How does /o/ cope with trash band radar, such as blind spot detection and other driving nannies that the gubment is mandating so they can farm more normies?
>>17135525
If I'm in traffic, I usually don't go super fast so it's only a mild annoyance
but when I'm alone and want to be done with my trip, I usually pay attention to the alerts and slow down
and yeah driving nannies are super gay
>>17135525
I'm honestly torn.
On one hand I don't trust Stacy to pay attention so her having that shit on her car is fine.
On the other hand I think driving tests are too relaxed here in the US. Maybe with more strict testing people would be more safe.
Also fuck the NHTSA.
>>17135525
A good radar detector will filter out blind spot assist etc.
/o/ can't agree on the lyrics to its own favourite song. Don't believe me? I bet you faggots can't even agree on the first verse.
