I'm getting 48 laws of power, laws of seduction, the e-myth revisited and how to get friends and influence people.

any good books depicting life as a western-bred pajeet?

only one that comes to mind right now is Zadie Smith's White Teeth.

I related a lot with the jews in Mordecai Richler's books for what its worth...

In what way? Generally they deal with muh immigrant experience and generational differences (first gen Indian parents against more Americanized kids). She pretty much just writes about hyper educated upper class Bengalis so shes kind of a one trick pony but it's a good trick. I thought The Namesake was genuinely good.

People left earth and continued to develop technology instead of biology. Robots went ape shit and a lot of people died. Eventually the war was won and people decided to do two things. a) make sure advancements were only biological, if you want a caluculator just genetically induce a kid into being Rainman. b) Nukes are awfully destructive. Lets avoid all that

They find melange but it's pretty low key for the most part. The elites use it and pretend they don't care so that the plebs don't freak out and use their dependencies against them. A shit tier noble gets banished to the melange planet because everyone pretends the spice is shit (and the planet is pretty awful to live on anyway) but that turn out to give that family a lot of power

One of the uegenics workers goes rogue and accidentally buts femmine instinct with masculine autism and creates the first kid with the ability to predict the future. This causes a chain of events that eventually end up with humanity growing

There is nothing good about this life. It has been seen since Adam to Job and Jonah.

God is a nothing. All ideas, philosophy are a nothing save one's own sublimation.

I loathe my life, says Job, prior to his reckoning. And what for? To come back to where he had started. To arrive before death.

Everything past childhood is wading through shit.

What are some books for this feel? By saying this, I've been but all of you and lack any individual sense. Thanks, hyperreality.

women's main sexual goal is a man who feels dangerous and powerful (cocky/abusive/rich) but also gets society's approval (so an Austen character)

it's why they love Snape in fiction but would never in a million years love anything like Snape in real life. Snape the character has society's approval whereas Snape in real life would be an off-putting alcoholic
