OP, are you me?? Just picked up a 870tac and have the fde magpul furniture in the mail. The tac model comes w a ring and rail but looking for a recommendation for shell holder so have a bump.

Because they don't have enough range to fit US needs.

Think about the places the US needs to have their submarines.

> East China Sea
> Kamchatka
> Barents sea

All of these places are swarming with hostiles, so the SS can't surface at all once they reach the AO. 10 days isn't enough time.

The other thing is that AIP boats are very slow underwater. SSN can easily hit over 30 knots in a sprint, SSK have trouble hitting 20.

SSK's are fantastic defensive platforms, the USN doesn't do defensive.

I'm 33, between jobs and have an invalid mother to help take care of(brother has the money covered but more is never a bad thing). Saw an ad for the sheriff's department, checked out the website, and found out the pay is actually decent(apparently my state is among the top ten when it comes to LEO salaries)and I meet all the qualifications. The sidestepping shitty gun laws is really more of a side benefit that I only mentioned to keep it /k/.
