That's my biggest gripe with the Leman Russ. It's too goddamn tall. Why a then-technologically-advanced space empire thought that making their general-purpose MBT 14.5' fucking tall is beyond me.

Hey man, the Leman Russ does what it does. It's XBOXHUEG because it has the armor to take even lascannons on with a good chance of a non-penetration. Can your Chimeras say the same? I don't think so. Plus, it's an infantry tank. It's not meant for hit-and-run. It's meant for moving up alongside armored columns of other LRs and/or waves of Imperial Guardsmen and supporting them.

M240 replaced it. M60 is made a bit too cheaply and the original models wore out prematurely. They wanted something more rugged so the added weight and cost of the M240 was worth it.

M249 is incomparable because of the lower caliber. It's a squad LMG. Same with RPK.
PKM is comparable.

The AEK series and AK-107 are two completely different designs. They only share the same concept of a balanced recoil action.

It's fine, my dad has one. I've seen them as low as $600 but I doubt anyone will be having good sales before the election.

Buy an extra castle nut and wrench. They put sub standard shit on. Install new but and stake.

Rule of thumb: bare bones AR worth about $500. If the extra features the gun has are worth at least the price difference from $500 it will be a good purchase.

Nov 9th will be the first full day of panic buying so you might want to get whatever you can this week.
