To draw the body, make this shape with the head and tail.

Color fill the body then add two (less or more) black (or any color) stripes on its tail.

Add the eyes and mouth.
Depending on what gender it is, give it eyes with the pupils being any color you want.
Also the mouth can be anything you want.

Well, i found that the themes are mostly the same but what has changed is the style it is presented, but the only real references i have are of some specific movements in wikipedia.

I really love that you get to have so much freedom in what you can express but i'm really confused about the esthetics it follows

this is probably one of the worst places for contemporary art. the people here have no clue about important art.

andreas gursky
yinka shonibare
theres too many to list but these are some important artists off the top of my head
also check out artist who have been in the Saatchi Gallery

not all of these people work in one medium and that seems to be important in art today as well as concept. Don't let this place make you think drawings of bullshit will get you anywhere.

What are some practices I can do to stop chicken scratching. When I do a full like I usually go slow and the line looks shaky

tl;dr just whip that shit out there and know what you have in mind, if you know what you're drawing you'll just do it.

I'm starting to get how face works, and I'm okay at anatomy, I feel ready to level up.

I noticed a important factor to make a face look real is a good rendering, and I have no fucking clue how do it. Any good rendering tutorial(s), videos, books, anything?

And where I should start when learning how to paint? Oh course first I'll work my tradicional rendering and values before painting.
