How does this work? I heard that it replaces the linux syscalls with the NT kernel ones, I also heard it runs Ubuntu parallel to windows (Like VM, but not).

Is there any device with a button I can press to call the police and alert them of my location? If I ever get raped or my "friends" ever try to rape someone, I want to report it ASAP but I'm scared to pick up and dial 911 + talk. Intel says it can work fine at 70 C, I'd stay about 60 to 65 as maximum to be safe. Mine is pretty shit I can get in to 4.3 Ghz no problem but if I want to put it to 4.4 I've to go over 1.3v. On average you should get 4.4 with reasonable voltages. Question - How does videogame DRM work in detail?
As much as I managed to find on the internet its that games exe has a hash that it validates to a server, if it checks out a handshake is made and you can play on the official server, it the hash is wrong server tells you to fuck off.
So to crack a game i have to decompile the exe, delete the request or change the response to always true, compile the exe and play, But it will only work for offline as the hash has changed.
Anyone can elaborate on the topic?

You could mod the game so it'd always send a preconfigured value as the hash. It had to be done on the client so there's always a way.
But that function might be obfuscated.

ARM on desktops won't happen until there is actual desktop software written for them. ChromeOS supporting Android might help speed this along. But it will still take years before apps are as useable with a keyboard and mouse as they are with a touchscreen.

Last Windows I really used was XP and I decided it was time to check out the current offerings from Microsoft so I set up a W10 VM with QEMU.
You're doing great Microsoft!
