Is there any device with a button I can press to call the police and alert them of my location? If I ever get raped or my "friends" ever try to rape someone, I want to report it ASAP but I'm scared to pick up and dial 911 + talk. I need a button that's impossible to "accidentally press" for emergency... and some pepper spray.

There are some places where they support 911 via SMS. Check if your local dispatch has that ability.
