We can all agree on this, right?
>>56456644
No.

Why would anyone use nightly? The only thing that is guaranteed to work is that it compiled properly. Outside of that, anything can go wrong.

Wouldn't it be possible to create a program that makes a picture with every possible colour arrangement in a given resolution?
It would take a long time to make anything with it, but theoretically you could use this to create photographs that haven't even been taken yet, no?

No, it is possible. Just useless.

How is it useless

Would you buy GNU/Linux if it was for sale for the same price as Windows? \ω/

Do you seriously think people buy windows?
I would pay for Linux because of how good it is. I would not pay for any other operating platform.
I prefer to donate to the Linux foundation and other companies that help make Linux better. You should too, and also buy stock in publicly traded companies.

It's a syntax error. You're missing name after . operator. :^)
>>56456336
Yes I understand that it is a syntax error. I am stuck and do not fully understand the task.
Sorry I do not know what you mean by "You're missing name after . operator. :^)"
Line 2, you used a period instead of a comma.
My JavaScript is rusty, but I would also take a look at line 4, it doesn't look quite right.
Have fun!
The salesman says the GPU I wanna buy doesn't fit the motherboard I currently have
My motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. M68MT-D3P (Socket M2)
The GPU I wanna buy: MSI GT710 1GB DDR3
It all started when I told him my previous GPU was the AMD Radeon HD 6870, he checked it online and saw that the HD 6870 has PCI Express 2.1 x16, and he said because of that, the GT710 won't work with my motherboard, because it works on a different PCI
(=he understood it because the PCI of my previous GPU (HD 6870) was PCI Express 2.1 x16 so he says that the motherboard only fits cards of that type, or the motherboard doesn't fit the GT710 because of that PCI, or because of other stuff of the motherboard)
Is the Motherboard really doesn't fit the card?
Thanks a lot
>>56456228
Why would you buy a card that terrible though?
Why would anyone want to go from a 6870 to a GT710?
But no, the GT710 is also a PCI-e card.
>>56456256
My requirements changed, I only want to use my PC now for browsing the internet and FULL HD YouTube videos
>>56456278
So it will work with my motherboard man? Are you 1000% sure? Cause he said it probably won't
If you guys say yes I'd buy it, I just wanna be 100% sure, cause the salesman told me not to buy it, so please consider your answer
Thanks a lot gentlemen
Hi guys
I read the stciky and I'm not sure if what I'm going to post is against or within the rules, I apologize in advance.
After the last update I found out that when looking for something on the search bar it doesn't shows the bookmarks I have in the order I make them -from newer to older- but instead it suggest random ones and some of the ones I have.
I downgraded to a previous version but the issue remains I don't know what to do, this feature is driving me crazy in a negative way and I can't work with it.
Should I try with an even previous version??
What can I do??
Do you guys know if there's something I could do about it??
I checked the settings and all but there's no option or anything about it whatsoever.
Please, do you have any idea about why is this happening or what can I do to go back to how it was before??
Thanks

do you mean on the urlbar?
>>56456328
yeah
>>56456714
If you ask strict ordering "newer to older", I don't know the answer (I don't think you can do that).
But you can optimize and prioritize: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Tech/Places/Frecency_algorithm . You can play with this to display from most to less important.
Is it just me, or is Tarn Adams (Toady, dev of Dwarf Fortress) the most based game dev alive?
I wish he could into multi-threading.

Welcome to Linux binary compatibility. Try installing said dependency and pray while it downloads. Make sure you get the right version if you have some sort of multiarch setup.
You could sprinkle some holy Fluorinert around, too.

Hey /g/ I'm thinking on installing Arch on my main desktop instead of win10 cancer. I've never done a full disk encryption on a Linux install before, so I'd like to try it.
I'm thinking of using a keyfile stored on a USB and a passphrase. What encryption solution do you recommend? I'm been planning to use dm-crypt in either plain or with LUKS.
Would I reach the same end goal if I just encrypt my /boot with a passphrase and store that on the USB instead?
As I said, never done anything like this manually before, so any recommendations would be appreciated.
Inb4 install Gentoo
Can you even greentext?

>>56455749
just go with debian and click "graphic install", then click "full disk encryption with seperate home folder"
sounds like that's what you need, you winbabby

if you are just a paranoiac i can't stop you but i think you are just trying to hide your illegal porns. Don't forget to buy a vpn client.
What is the international banking API like?
Is there a way to study it?
Is it possible for a bank to do custom routing through multiple accounts? Could I automatically route money from one account to another account?
How can I start my own online bank without any money?
Banking in most countries is governed by laws. It would be simpler to resell stuff if you want to get into online business.

Would it cool enough? It's water based, so it should work. Right? I wanna try this.
semen will dry up then your pc will overheat
Semen being organic matter, breaks down.
Even if you kept it liquid somehow, it wouldn't be semen. Also, you'd need to rob a sperm bank to get adquate amounts.
Who still /DailyDriverXP/ here?
I am still using XP for the majority of my daily tasks including banking and email. Anyone else this comfy?

Alright, memories.
I never felt great about WinXP default theme. It looks too glossy and shiny for me.
