I migrated all my music into it couple years ago. I had a large, well organized library of cca 15k tracks. Then, through a catastrophic failure and no backups (I know), I have lost all my copies of the files. So I basically have to live in the cloud now music-wise.
Pretty convenient at first but soon you'll realise that it's not worth it giving up your freedom of being able to "micromanage" your library. Tagging on the website is shit, nonexistent on the mobile app.
Just my 2cents. If I could and it wouldn't take 2-3 days of work, I would get back all my music and store it locally.

So I spent Labor Day weekend at my parents' house, and did some work on my mom's computer for this coming week.
It wasn't until I made the three hour drive back home that I realized I didn't put any of the files I worked on on a thumbdrive, I didn't put them in my Google Drive folder, and I didn't even email them to myself. They're just sitting there on my mom's PC.
She's not an avid computer user; she literally just watches YouTube, messes around on Facebook, and uploads photos/video from her camera to her Documents once in a while.
What's the easiest way/program to have her download to get me those files? It's about 10 image files, and one Publisher file. I'm thinking about having her download Dropbox, but I don't know how complicated that'd be for her. She's pushing 70.
