>IR Blasters in phones
Remember when a bunch of faggots hailed this as a feature, and now it's obscure, forgotten garbage that they only put on discount chinkphones so poors can change the channels on their 1997 CRT tvs?

200 euros? I presume this is the 4gb card or a very good deal. I recommend the 8 gb for a little more future proofing.

When I was a poorfag kid, I would pirate OSes, but today it is a bit of a pain in the ass so I'd happy pay someone like $10-$20 for their MSDN key or some shit just to avoid the headaches of piracy.

OK, so, I have one HD with Ubuntu installed, but Ubuntu isn't as free as other distros. I want to install Trisquel on it, but only on a part of it, not all of it. Could I? Which software should I use? Would it be safe to do? May I define that the same user folder be shared by both distros?

I'm getting cucked by having to use wireless adapters to connect to my network but I occasionally get disconnected because my signal is not really the best and I get half the download speed I should be getting.
So I decided I'll get another Powerline kit and connect it to my PC.
I already have one kit connecting the router to the IPTV/STB for TV and when I connect the new kit to my PC, it kills the connection to the STB.
When I restart the STB it gets connection again but kills the PC connection in the process.
So it's impossible to have both connections at the same time. Whenever one connects the other connection dies. I tried with the third kit from other vendor and different setups etc. I get the same shit so it's not the problem with the adapters.
But interesting thing is when I try to connect 2 PCs then it works. But STB and PC doesn't.
So STB seems to be causing the problem.
Any help with this please? I'm about to smash these shits into the fucking wall.
>>58273629
I wouldn't think you would be able to use two sets of these on the same circuit. You're expecting too much from a dirty hack.
>>58273629
are they completely different adapters? you should be able to add a new one to your network no problem as long as it's compatible
>>58273734
Yeah I thought so too but like I said, 2 computers work but when STB comes into play, then it starts dropping connections.
I wish I could just simply use ethernet cable but it would just be a huge mess having it around the house.
Hey /g/uys
I recently got into micro-usb electronic synergy, wondering if there is any other cool shit I've missed and figured here is the place to ask.
So far my setup is-
Anker power bank 26800+
Rechargeable edc flashlight (pelican 7600)
Rechargeable edc lighter (arc)
Ventureheat hoodie that runs off micro usb
Fitbit cuz /fit/ fag

Usb-C is more aesthetic now anyways.

Should I get a sound card? I get a little bit of static and noise from my on board audio and my monitor audio is too low. Will a sound card fix this?
Any recommendations? Nothing to expensive
>>58273441
No.
Buy an external DAC + Amp (if you need one).
You might want to check out some portable DACs. Although most are overpriced memes.
yes
OEM PCI Soundblasters can be found in thrift shops and anywhere you can get used parts. I have a SB Live 24-bit I got at a thrift shop for $10. It sounds fucking incredible compared to onboard audio and doesn't take up a USB port like a DAC.
monitors have shit-tier speakers, get a pair of powered ones (the kind that plug into the wall and the computer).
Hello /g/, I would like to know how do you work on your home and garage projects after coming home from work.
I am working from 9 to 5 and after that I have less energy/performance to work on my programs then in the office.
I am looking for something to restore my ability to solve problems and remember things just like in office hours.
Do you use any medical drug or do you have any practice to help that out?
I appreciate every feedback or post. Thank you.

This is the peak of UI design in OSes. When will we get rid of the flat shit that it's ubiquitous right now?
