Would anyone be willing to help a tech scrub out? I'm absolutely shit with computers.

Does anyone know what this Kernel error means and how to solve it?
Specs: -Intel Core i7 6700K @ 4.00GHz -32.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1067MHz -ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. Z170-A(LGA1151)
-4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (EVGA) -465GB Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB (SSD) -931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-00WN4A0 (SATA)
-850W power supply
Also it's not due to high temperatures, I can absolutely rule that out. Thanks

Why does the 7700K destroy Ryzen so badly in real world performance? I thought the 1800X would be better because it has literally twice as many cores and costs $150 more, but all the benchmarks put it way behind. Why is this?

So i have this 10 year old pc and i wanted so sell it,i put a r7 240 in it and ever since when i open it,it shows pic related.I checked if hdd works,and it does,i tried 2 more gpu's and got the same error.when i boot it without the gpu it reads the hdd just fine
