There are 25 mechanical horses and a single racetrack. Each horse completes the track in a pre-programmed time, and the horses all have different finishing times, unknown to you. You can race 5 horses at a time. After a race is over, you get a printout with the order the horses finished, but not the finishing times of the horses. What is the minimum number of races you need to identify the fastest 3 horses?

You are supposed to solve these questions without any help, because you won't' get any during the interview, and believe me, if the interviewer is an engineer from Microsoft or Google, he is going to spot your bullshit instantly. It saves time why wouldn't you use it?
My graphics card, MSI R9 270X hits 100 degs in a few minutes when running on 100% activity (gaming). Already replaced thermal paste, reinstalled drivers, cleaned off the dust - did not help. I haven't found any physical damage on it. The ventilation in my pc is good enough - one fan front one back, two on graphics, one on processor heatsink, one in power supply. Although, the room my comp is in has about 30°C. I'm a poorfag now and don't want to buy a new graphics unless this one is beyond repair. What do ?

I had this before
some solder on one of the power regulators snapped meaning it was drawing a huge amount (always on) and got too warm for the thing to handle
warm up your oven to 220 Celsius, then wrap your GPU in tin foil but leave a small hole around the GPU die (it will look like pic related)
leave it in for an hour, pull it out, let it cool off over night, and try again

Make sure the airflow in your case is intake though the bottom front and out the top back. Make sure there is plenty of space around your graphics card and tidy your wires in the case. Make sure none of your front panel cables are stuck in the fans. Open the case and check they turn when you turn it on.
All pretty simple things but I can't really think why it would be overheating. I have a similarly-designed graphics card by MSI shoved at the bottom of a tiny cube micro-atx case and it never gets close to overheating. Refund it.

So I am currently here in México, and my ISP is "Megacable" (http://www.megacable.com.mx/)
I got a 200 Mbps Internet for $1,100.00 MXN a month ($60.00 USD Month)
I did some tests at speednet, and the results are this:
194 Mbps download
3 Mbps upload
Yep, that's right, 3 Mbps upload, and that's for a internet package intended for business. How on earth am I going to be able to see my goddamn security cams?
Megacable response:

I fucking hate Megacable. Got the 10 Mbps on me home, because fuck paying them more for shit they won't actually deliver.
I own a drug store about 8 blocks from where I live, and over there I have the optic fiber Axtel for business thingy, 650 MXN aprox, including cable TV, 20 Mbps symmetrical ( I think, not there at the moment), never had any issues, we don't really have the need for super fast internet (look up meds names, sell cellphone credit, etc), and check the 8 cameras I've got set up.
Unfortunately, their optic fiber coverage ends up a couple of streets from where I live, so yeah, I'm fucked. Last time I was with Telmex it was utter shit, so yeah.

I've had them for about a year now and have honestly encountered no problems
Unlike Megacable or Telmex it doesn't matter what time of the day you're on you get the same speed at all times of the day
