I bought a pair of power perfect 2.0 over the weekend. I've always worked out in my newbalace minimus so this is my first weightlifting pair. Should i only wear them during squats, bench ? Or can i do my full workout(including accessory exercises like lateral raises, reverse curls) in them?
I always wear my lifting shoes in the gym no matter what I'm doing. I really got used to the comfort and stability of them, especially when you need to use your legs to stabilize, like

For me it's cereal.
For me to get filled up on cereal I have to eat like 4 servings of it.
I can't consume that many simple carbs on regular basis but if I'm having a cheat meal I'd rather eat pancakes, french toast, or waffles instead.
So, I pretty much never eat cereal. It's too unhealthy to eat daily but it's not decadent enough to eat as a cheat meal.
Toaster Strudel. They're like 190 calories a pop and I usually eat 3 of them in one go as a snack.
A 570 calories snack that isn't even that filling is no good when cutting.

Does /fit/ ever train for balance or train occasionally to keep up balance? I want to make sure I have really good balance on my feet. What is a program I can do, or something I can do a few times a week to make sure my balance is up to par? I like those blue things you stand on. they are like half a ball and you balance on them

I'm skinnyfag doing 5x5 and I noticed I'm not really doing much for my upper body. I added weighted dips and pullups as accessories but I feel like everything is working my legs which I honestly don't care too much about. Should I switch routine? I'm home gym so all I have are dumbells a barbell and pull up bar. Thanks for any help
Just do PPL, even if you only do the barbell exercises in SL 5x5, its better than being a T-Rex

hey guys I work roofing 10 hours a day on weekdays and train mma 5 days a week. by the time i get done with work and training i just get home and crash pretty much so there is no way I'm gonna be able to fit any lifting into my schedule. I was thinking i could hit the weights hard on the weekends and do an upper lower split on saturday and sunday when i don't have work. Is this too much? Is it bad to have no rest days? If its ok will be able to make decent gains on a 2 day split?

I've been slacking this last month because of school and my future career in professional gaming (lol) and as such I got a little fat.
I used to lift a lot but now I gained 10 lbs of fat over the last month, and I want to be as lean as possible for the end of the month.
Would you recommend going to the gym twice a day? going to the gym everyday?
