Does /fit/ consider SARMS non-natty? Also general SARMS thread, have been reading a bit about them, I know some of them are pretty selective and stuff but not much more.

I've been working out since this February. But my recent unhealthy habbits have resulted in me putting on enough fat to hide my gains. Hopefully my lifts and good form will be enough to convince people I'm not a New Years scum.

I deadlift at home and benchpress.

I always slowly put them down on my carpeted floor. I've been doing this for 2 years now.

How much can I safely deadlift at home. Right now I only deadlift 300 max

Leg curl 3x8-12
calf raises 4x10-12
Weighted leg raises (abs) 4x8-12
B: bench press 3x5
OHP 3x5
Side lateral raises 4x8-12
Incline db press 3x5-7
Overhead db extension(triceps) or skullcrushers 3x8-12
V bar pushdowns 3x8-12
C: deadlift (squat and DL rotate so 1x a week) 1x5
Pullups 3x5-6 atm
Facepulls 3-4x8-12
Chest supported rows(pretty much strict t bar row) 3x8-12
Db curls 3x8-12 or hammer curls, i alternate them.

Abcxabcx been liftin srsly for 5 months screwed up a bit first 2 months.

Id say im pretty successful i talk to people in my gym and some bench like 185 for 3 reps and this dudes been workin out for 2 years. Obviously he didnt do everything right but people dont progress like fit says they do. Your gonna gonna be 1/2/3/4 in 6 months ffs

Hey /fit/. I actually never visit this board, since I absolutely never do sports or fitness and eat like a pig. But I wanted your opinion on something.

Pic related is me. Now as I am. 6'2" 7% Bodyfat. 78Kg 21yrs old.

This is WITHOUT any form of sport activity. How is this possible? Is it genetics? My diet mainly consists of fructose sugars and fat, but my doctor says im in excellent condition and even commented on my toned body (kinda creepy for a 45 yr old man). My girlfriend thinks I secretly hit the gym once in a while. I honestly don't know what to tell friends when they comment on my abs.

I wonder what can I achieve when I do start some form of exercise or diet...

I've had knee problems in the past and the therapist said its because I externally rotate my knees too much when doing exercises like deadlifts and squats. I guess I taught myself never to cave in so I always went out. Do these looks decent? Like do my knees look like they are in a decent position?

Update: My therapist sent me an email after i showed him the videos and I think he has similar things to you guys. Can someone deciper what this means?

If you're going to keep the feet that close together, the knees need to stay over the feet, but they bow out a little bit. So widen the feet, but still make sure the knees stay over the feet. Second, your grip on the bar could be the problem for your shoulder because your shoulders blades are excessively retracted and your shoulders excessively externally rotated. Widen your hands and keep your elbows away from your side. Use a towel roll or one of those foam pads that go around the bar to rest the bar on your upper back so that you don't need to use the arms to hold the weight off your spine. Hope this helps!
