H-hi /fit/.

So, I got myself a gym membership for Christmas. I'm 18, 165 lbs, 5'4 and a grill. I read the sticky, got everything in it.. My issue here isn't the facts and how to actually exercise and eat, it's just.. I'm pretty shy, and while there's kind of a community between the guys at the gym, the girls there aren't the same at all in my experience and I have absolutely no idea where to start, who to ask about form and what to use and all that kind of stuff.. And I'm also embarassed as hell to go there as a fat/chubby girl and try and lift weights, I feel like everyone would be watching and laughing at me. Sorry for rambling and not being very coherent right now, this is just kind of stressful to me to even think about walking in there and making an ass of myself.

I guess basically my question is just, how do I start off my first day at the gym without embarassing myself? How do I really get into this this time? I've tried losing weight almost every year since I was like 14 (though I was still skinny back then), and always failed just because of this. I dunno if any of this made sense just now but maybe you guys can help me with my worries. Thank you and happy holidays and stuff.

Can't do much about acne scars or poxs or whatever. You're gonna wanna exfoliate with like a glove or brush in the shower, apply moisturizer afterwards(and sunscreen if you go outside), and you can also use products with sialic acid in them as a slight face peel.
I use pic related plus their body wash and I feel like silk after showers.

Is this a good full body routine for intermediate?
Aiming to hypertrophy, 3 times a week:

Bench Presses
Bent-Over Rows
Overhead Barbell Presses
Pull ups
Lateral raises
Barbell Curls
Close grip bench press

You will be running this program on a five week cycle as follows:
The first week do all 4 sets for 8 reps.
The second week do all 4 sets for 9 reps.
The third week do all 4 sets for 10 reps.
The fourth week do all 4 sets for 11 reps.
The fifth week do all 4 sets for 12 reps.
If you got all of the required reps on the fifth week then increase the weight by 10% and

repeat the cycle.

I know that there is not workout for legs but after SS i already have big and strong legs

I just over-ate brehs.
Told myself it wouldnt be a problem to eat as much as i like,it's christmas after all. I regret it,must have consumed around 2200-2500 calories of my grandmas delicious foods.

I feel like shit now.

What do?

/fit/, I'm 120lbs of bones and skin. That would have been okay if I was 10, but I'm 21 years old right now.

Here is what I eat for breakfast:

4 eggs omelette
140g of tuna

For lunch, I eat a kebab.

For dinne, I eat pastas with 200g of beef.


Now tell me why some people manage to reach 90kg on that shit, while I stay at that weight. is it my genes?

This is very rarely true of weightlifting as weightlifting is a more or less solitary experience.

Team sports and things like wrestling etc I might humor this line of thought. I love wrestling for hugging men I like but I never get horny or aroused so I don't think it's anything to do with the anus.
