Depends. north indian dishes usually have less carbs than south indian ones, but the carbs are still really high compared to proteins. Unless you want to add a nice lengthy cardio section to your workout, i'd stay off desi dishes unless you're bulking

When you first started going to the gym, how did you know you were doing proper form? How did you avoid the road to snap city? Did you ask anyone else at the gym? Did you look it up on Google?

why don't we start an online movement where we make up a new gender

we start a huge community of people that identify as "olympians", being men with extremely dry muscular sculpted bodies that are only sexually attracted to olympic barbells.

the only way for us to feel at ease with ourselves and live the normal life we deserve is with half a gram of test per week with the occasional tren blasts.

You have to eat several meals a day to gain weight. Consistency is key too, try to be on point if your diet everyday.

Heres what my diet looks like:

this was today, try to bring so variation in what you eat but try to keep it low fat. clean bulking is better than eating like a pig.

also if youre not hungry, try to eat more the hunger will come. after a while youll be hungry all the time
