I've been going to the gym for about 2 months now but only just started squatting. I put on light weight to get used to it (60 kg) and i'm doing it properly i think(or at least trying to) but i don't feel any burn in my legs like when i'm doing lunges for example. Should i put on more? The bar is really uncomfortable on my back when i put on heavier weight tho.

Been doing SL 5x5 for a while. Lately Ive been adding weight only once a week so once every 3 sessions and not everytime like when I started because I just cant. It's still under SL 5x5 rules though its just closer to failure. Im not quite yet 1/2/3/4 pl8 but still heavy enough from the broscientists to be jelous. Pretty sure Im eating right. Does this mean Im an intermediate? Should I switch program, do exactly the same Ive been doing or tweak a little things like maybe 3x5 and do bench before squat since it's behind??

I've recently been taking a lot of Greco-Roman history and literature classes and I've fallen in love. How did they do it? Was it genetics? Something in the food? Dedication?

Before I nerd out I need to ask; how do I train my body like this? Or how can I improve my current routine?

Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift

Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Power cleans

This is basically a modified ss (which I've read so many times is a bad meme) and I'm supposed to train 3 times a week. Is there anything I can add to it? I think my upperbody could use some work but maybe I need to fit in cardio somewhere on off days. What do you think /fit/?

Here are my measurements if that matters at all.
Height: 185 cm, Weight: 68kilos, Chest: 86 cm, Waist: 72 cm

If you really want this mode, you want a thick core and big ass legs, large shoulders and upper chest, sculpted lower chest.

T.bh an Oly program with some weighted dips, chins, etc. as accessories would likely do the trick. Maybe some sprints to helo you get shredded after you put the weight on.

I would stick with SS/SL for now until you are putting up good numbers.

This physique is a ways away.

6 month mark since I started going to the gym. What does /fit/ think of my progress? Not trying to be the hulk but wanted to gain some weight and get a little more definition. I've gained only 7lbs in the last 6 months and am eating a bit more but I naturally don't have much of an appetite. Any tips?

I used to have like C-D cup tits back when I was chubby, but I've gotten fit and now I'm more like A-B.

I've started doing heavier bench presses, will that help any? It's easy to make butt gains, is it just as easy to not be a fucking chestlet without implants?

A girl friend of mine wants me to put her together a fitness routine. She has done fitness classes but is a rank beginner with regards to weight training and wants her routine to mostly consist of machines. Any recommendations for a routine? I was thinking something fullbody like this, at least until she gains some strength:
