Is this shirt too tight/ tryhard? It fits in the shoulders but I'm worried it looks a little douchy everywhere else. It will be worn in a casual environment with indigo denim and iron ranger boots.

Probably, but make sure your form is perfect before diagnosing any imbalances. I used to think my right arm was way stronger than the left on shoulder press, when in reality I was just using a slightly longer ROM with my left arm (bringing it down lower each rep)

I decided to bulk like mad.

Unfortunately, since I'm skelly, I have very little appetite. My stomach has probably shrunk, which gave me two problems:

- I'm a very slow eater.
- I can't stomach a lot of food.

Now here's the problem: I've made a mealplan that fits all my macros according to my TDEE (2800).

Morning
>6 egg omelette
435kcal, 37g protein

>140g tuna
150kcal, 37g protein

>4 toasts with nutella
300kcal

Whatever I usually eat at lunch and dinner.

+ snacks

>250g nuts
1400kcal, 35g protein
>5 bananas
700kcal
>250g chicken
30g protein

That's roughly 3000kcal, without lunch an dinner.

The problem is I can't eat all the nuts because it's fucking bitter as hell, and the chicken is too much for me.

Any idea?

Have you considered doing if gradually. Start at 2000kcal, and increase the intake over time so your stomach gets used to it?

250g of chicken is like 4 or 5 chicken tenderloins. That's nothing. It's like 250 calories. If you can't eat that in a sitting you have problems.

You can't just jump your calories up you have to work it up to a good level since you can't eat. Stick to high calorie foods like peanut butter and shit that will add calories and not be so much food that you can't eat it all.

Also do protein shakes. Easier to drink calories than eat them.

Nuts are high calorie and good for you. Snack on nuts and eat normally otherwise.

I have an insatiable appetite and I couldn't do that chicken and tuna.

As a college student that's 322 pounds if I consume 2000 plus or minus 300 depending how hungry I feel combined with walking 1 hour a day will I lose fat? I recently started dieting and stuff and keeping at 2000 valroies but I gained 2.5 pounds this morning apparently.


Any tips? ( I'm not going to bother with lifting just yet asking If this routine is viable to lose 10-15 pounds a month.
