Does this whole ice pack on fat cells thing work?

The concept is you freeze the fat cells which in turn kills them, and they are flushed out of your body. Same as those tubes you sit in for a little while they blast you with cold air, except it doesn't cost you a thing.

Hey /fit/, does anyone else manage to keep in shape with an absolutely horrendous diet?

>Wake up around 7:00
>Vomit
>Finish whatever leftover drink I have on my nightstand along with some prescription amphetamines
>Go to work, too sick to eat anything in the morning
>Drink pop throughout the day
>Eat something small for lunch, or nothing at all depending on how much I drank the previous night
>If I couldn't eat, vomit a mixture of bile and pop
>Pick up some beers and a liter of scotch or bourbon on the way home from work
>Start drinking
>Get my appetite back, walk to the grocery store
>Pick up a decent prepared meal
>Heavy in protein, for gains
>Eat about half of my one meal of the day with about half of my one bottle of the day
>Lift
>Drink the rest
>Give my dog my leftovers
>Pass out on my patio
>Wake up at about 7:00

Every organ in my body is probably close to failing, but at least I have abs

Fit,

My girlfriend wants to start working out. I know the sticky says woman can do the same programs men can do but my gf literally can't do any SS or SL routine exercises yet.

Think of your typical girl who does nothing but sit around the house or do makeup or some shit and that's her. I tried to get her to do a squat with just the barbell and she almost collapsed. Then I asked her to do some bodyweight squats and she proceeded to do 2 pathetic shaky leg squats.

How do I go about working her up to the bar so she can start a real routine?

Fasting after a binge. Have you ever done it? Do you recommend doing it?

It is indeed psychologically easier to just forget the binge happened and to continue on. And it's definitely easier to just binge again. But if you have the willpower, then you haven't lost a week of progress.

Sup /fit/,

I'm pretty new to lifting (been doing SL for 2 months and I feel like I've made good progress) but I had a question.

I know that I should branch off SL, but what do I go to from there?

I was told that if I wanted aesthetics (which I do), I should do SL into PPL into Bro Split.

I have done no research on PPL or Bro Split so it could have been someone straight up lying and I wouldn't know any better.

What do you guys think?

PPL is definitely the way to go. you can still do your bench, ohp, squat, deadlift, etc the same way you train on strong lifts. just do those exercises first. For example, on leg day do 5x5 or 3x5 squats followed by various leg exercises. On pull day do deadlifts or rows. On press day do bench or ohp.

You can easily stay on SL for another 1-2 months or move on
