Also to all you kids, laugh all you want but wait until you're in your mid-20's. All the rhetoric here is JUST SQUAT AND DEADLIFT LMAO. You have no idea what you're doing to your bodies. In a few years you'll have sore knees all the time, a bad back, your legs can't run worth a shot, and your asshole will look like a raspberry. Tone it down while you're ahead, we weren't meant for this much exertion over long periods of time.

Err, I'm not a doctor, but I'd do some basic research before spouting such nonsense.

I'm late 20s, have been squatting ATG and diddlylifting heavy for years, and my ass is fine.

I'm pretty damn sure hemorrhoids are part genetic, and part down to lifestyle shit (diet, LACK of exercise, etc).

I bet you're obese and just trying to justify your shitty lifestyle.

As for getting them treated - go to a fucking doctor. Though I've never had them myself, I can't imagine it's that bad - it isn't major heart surgery. Why wouldn't you get something so simple treated by an expert?

I've had them once. I gaurantee they go away if you do the following:

- stop powershitting. take long slow 20 minute shits.

- eat a good diet with plenty of vegetables and fiber

- take hot baths with plenty of epsom salt

do this stuff and they go away pretty fast.

Please shit talk me, I want to do better, but have injuries that prevent me from doing certain exercises

My current routine is:

A
flat bench 5x10
cable rows 5x10
curls 5x10
tricep pull downs 5x10
face pulls 5x10


B
Dips (weighted) 5x10
flat dumbbell flies 5x10
pull-ups 5x10
lat pull down 5x10
dumbbell rows 5x10

How can I improve?

I can't do serious incline lifts due to shoulder and back problems, and can't squat or deadlift due to back and knee problems from sports injuries. In theory I could start deadlifts and squats but if I fuck up on form it can be worse due to injuries

So criticism? Should I just start fresh?

Does anyone here cycle?

I just signed up for a 300 mile 24hr bike ride from Newcastle to London.

The most cardio I haver ever done is a 10km fell run followed by a 26km bike and then a 6km which I did after a night drinking.

I have 5 months to prepare.
