Riddle me this /fit/.

How can you in good faith rip on fatties yet in the same breath be totally fine with tranny abominations posting and tripping all over this board? I find it mind boggling. For a board with a focus on self improvement and physical/mental development your inclusiveness of these cretins is totally insane and beyond hypocritical. Allow me to illustrate.

You complain about fatties using the health care system when trannies routinely use government assistance for surgeries to appease their sick fetish.

You rip on fatties for being unhealthy when trannies inject themselves with hormones and other fucked up concoctions to conceal their legitimate gender, as well as mutilate their organs because they're mentally ill.

You mention how disgusting fatties are when grown men with wide jaw beards and mutilated dicks are parading around in dresses and wigs looking absurd and revolting.

This is a board about fitness (and to some extent health). Humoring these freaks of nature is completely antithetic to the nature of this board. These people are mentally unwell and have no business here aside from using our resources to fix themselves, and I mean fix their issues. They absolutely have NO PLACE giving advice and participating in discussion like their opinion matters.

This isn't a joke, stop and fucking think about what you're doing the next time you reply to one of these fucked up mental cases.

We're not. We get a lot of sloths from other boards (/r9k/, /v/) with low standards coming here for a quick 10-minute fix. They end up idolizing those degenerates, because it's the closest they'll ever be to a "girl".

They should not be confused with homos, though. They're usually here for legit improvement and are actually part of the /fit/ community. Just make sure to remind them 'no-homo' after they've fucked your ass.

One month ago I took a look at a picture of myself and realize that I had become a fat fucking slob.

5'8" 280 lbs.

3000 calorie a day bmr

eat like I normally would for a week, but taking notes. I drink about 500 calories a day, lunch is about 1500 calories, with random snacks.

Look up bmr for 185 lbs, it's 1900,

>start eating fruits, nuts, veggies as snacks
>bring lunch to work instead of eating super calorie dense free food they buy.
>buy 2 25lb dumbells, do some lifting at home (small apartment no room for a barbell)

1 month later I am 265 lbs.

I'm struggling to understand the purpose of cardio while cutting.

At what age your beard reached full thickness? I just turned 24 and i have a very unusual beard. It has no patches and it grows everywhere, including connectors, cheeks and so on. But it lacks density everywhere except mustache and neck/chin. Do i still have hope?

Hey /fit/, recently I've recovered from a pretty long illness that left me an atrophied tub of lard and now I want to get back into shape. Problem is I don't really have money for a gym membership or equipment, all I have is a set of dumbbells. I put together this workout around that fact. So what are the flaws? What could I substitute or add? Is there any chance of getting reasonably fit with only dumbbells until I can afford some new equipment?

Jason Blaha (56), and father of 0, was found dead in his home gym on March 13, 2016, at 5:50 AM.
