Guys help

I was doing OHP last night and had to stop on the second set because I started getting a deep pain in the right shoulder, and I can faintly feel it sometimes, very rarely, such as when I am typing this.

It's hard to explain, I can feel it when I move into certain positions or put a certain amount of force on it, but when I have it rested I feel fine.

Now what the fuck is going on because this is holding back my progress, I had to deload on OHP and even then I still couldn't do it.

This is the second time it has happened, first time it went away the next day and I continued but now it came back and I am worried.

It also really only seems to happen after doing squats heavy, which is fucking weird. I am contemplating just dropping squats completely.

These will kill your shoulders.

forget ohp, it just fucks you up.

Dont do lateral raises with anterior tilts. So when you lateral rais, make sure your hand palms are facing upwards.

When you do db incline shoulder press, point your arms/elbows in a 45° angle, NOT FURTHER.

I started having shoulder pain 2 months ago, and it gone now because i adjusted my exercises or got rid of shitty exercises like Behind neck ohp

Everyone says OHP is king to build massive and strong shoulders
Is it worth substituting these dumb bell shoulder presses for OHP, still doing 5x5 at a weight I can manage with progressive overload?

Does it matter when in the day you get your protein in? If my daily goal is 150g of protein, but I eat 50 of it in the morning before my workout which is around 5 hours later, would it matter?

Nah, make sure your diet, rest and training are good enough everyday and the results will come on their own.

My personal preference is to eat high carb breakfast, mainly from fruit, because it makes me feel good, high protein and fat make me feel sleepy so I eat them at night.

Point is do whatever feels comfortable

It depends what kind of manlet you are.

If you are a 5'5" manlet then yes, getting big is stupid.

But if you are 5'10" or above, i dont see the problem in getting big.

Only /fit/ considers anything below 6' a manlet.

My tryglycerides levels are apparently high. 189. Apparently the normal is 150. Is this that bad? What do I need to do to lower them? I'm overweight, does this only happen to fat people? I don't think I'm that fat but clearly it's a problem, my doctor said I don't look 100kg. I go to the gym but I guess that doesn't make up for a bad diet

I tend to do hammer curls or regular at the end of my chest or back days, just because, it's a vanity lift so what.

However. My gym has at least 6 different curl bros.

I've been lifting for 3 years pretty seriously and I've come to the conclusion it's dumb not to do arms. I've been hitting tris and bis pretty hard for the past month and gains are incredible. I wish I could make gains like this on my calves. Barbell curls, seated incline curls, skull crushers and overhead tri extensions are the shit
