So I've been doing nofap, I feel great doing it, masculine and in charge until about the one week point and I just can't get over sex. I want to fuck everything. Decent content for people who are new to lifting, not very much past that. A lot of their videos seem to be content just for content's sake. Like "these are our ten favorite variations of this exercise" and then they just list every known variation. And every exercise is always "awesome" and "great for building muscle". If everything is great then nothing stands out, so it's all essentially the same. At least that's how they present it. I'd imagine a lot of their viewers have a shitload of unnecessary exercises in their program because the Buff Dudes said they all were good.
