Day 1 – Shoulders, Biceps.

Side Deltoid Raise – 3 Sets / 10 Reps

So my gf decided to start hitting the weights with me and asked me to put together an optimal routine for her. Problem is, I've never actually done any real research on the topic (women's routines), so I'm wondering if any of you can recommend me any good and tested routines for her. Keep in mind she already is pretty fookin lean since she's been doing some home excercises for a decend amount of time, so she's not a complete beginner. Any advice shall be greatly appreciated.

I pirated this book and gave it to my gf on her phone. It has 3 routines (beginner gym-based, beginner bodyweight, and intermediate/advanced gym-based) and she did the beginner one a few times before moving on to the advanced one. Made her real strong at squats and turned her ass from a 7/10 to an 8.5/10.

I read through a lot of it and it has some very good advice on nutrition, lifting principles and just about everything you'd need to know. I'd really recommend it m8, I'd even buy it if I had someone to give it to. Not shilling. I don't know if /fit/ has an opinion on bret contreras because he's part of that clique of 'sciencey' trainers who's popular on the internet, but I'm an exercise phys student and I say he knows his stuff.

Everyone on here will say just put her on SS or some bullshit but women don't need as much upper body volume and if they want to look good, should focus a lot on legs and particularly hip dominant exercises. Pretty easy to find on torrent sites man

Also it has plenty of variety and plenty of 'fluff' exercises that women love because they get bored of squats and bench press and want to do the stuff they see on instagram, which makes these programs a lot more appealing to your basic bitch. If she's got some experience, I'd run her on the beginner routine once (12 weeks I think it was) and then there's a page where it says 'if you can do like 6 of these 10 things, you're advanced and can do the advanced program'. If she's not up to it, make her run the beginner program again.

Srs, I made my gf do a modified ICF 5*5 before this and she didn't like it at all but she's stuck with this for a while now.

ITT: Unpopular facts (literally not even opinions)

It honestly boggles my mind that people who just gained 25-30lbs of muscle in 2 years and look "ok" but stand stand out at all, some how think that if they keep on lifting for longer and longer that they'll some how drastically improve by gaining another 10-15lbs at most over the next 10 years. You'll look slightly better than what you do now, but not anything crazy.

This is why you'll know if you have the ability to "make it" within the first 1-2 years naturally, you literally never will and your only option is to continue lifting for health and strength, and not worry about aesthetics (or get on gear)

I finally hit 135 on OHP, 225 on bench, and 315 on squat after a year of lifting. My deadlift is shit at 340 but oh well. I'm 6'2" and 202 as of today. How am I doing?

Do you guys know if drugs affect your sex drive? Specifically acid and DMT, I've only heard of molly and coke increasing it. I've done way too many drugs over the past few years and I'm wondering if it's all related to my lowered sex drive. I fap 2-3 times a month if that and rarely ever get aroused. I haven't gotten hard without physical stimulation in years. When I was with my last gf she wanted to fuck multiple times a day but I had zero desire to (and she was pretty hot, pic related). I know there are other factors like being desensitized to porn and just getting older but I doubt that would lower my sex drive to basically nothing. Anyone else have similar experiences?

Has anyone had like 2 days of not be able to get aroused? For the past two days I had to basically force myself to get up and not only were they weak, but they didnt last for very long. Was able to come though

Today however, felt really aroused, had no issues staying rock hard etc.

What's the cause of this? Increases and decreases in test? Only thing different today was that I didn't work out, which means no pre

But last week I was working out and could get aroused/hard perfectly fine - so I guess it rules out stim dick.
