I weighed myself 2 weeks before I started working out. Haven't done it since but I feel like i'll be disappointed by either how little I lost or how much I gained. How often do you weigh yourself?

Am I working out enough?

Normally I work out three times a week, 1 hour each time. Should I work out more?

I'm on 3rd year Civil Engineering so I don't have that much free time

I'm 4th year computer engineering nano stream and I work out 5-6 times a week, 60-90 minutes, also bartend 4 times a week 8 hour closing shifts.

Depending on your routine/goals, 3 times may be enough for you, but if you use your time effectively, I'm confident that you could go more frequently.

Alright /fit/ I plan to be 100% honest here as I have tried a lot but haven't gotten the help I need.

I am 18 years old

I am about 6 foot 1inches

I am 240lbs. (But told I don't look it)

I have tried diets, cutting my calories, going to the gym, having a trainer, ect. Yes I've already read the pinned post and I've tried the suggested courses of actions. But I can't seem to lose weight and build muscle, I simply stay the same and I'm tired of it, I wanna look good and have a social life. So this is my call for help from all the /fit/ bro's.

I think I have a slow metabolism but I'm not confirmed with that. I don't have a ton of money to go spend on goods and gym memberships. But I am entirely committed and motivated to do whatever it takes to get to where I want to be and quickly. Any help is appreciated, I'm just simply at the end of the road and need a new hope, I'm gonna start college soon and I don't wanna miss out on good times of my life because of my physical state.

Things I would love to have are laid out diet plans such and what to eat and not eat, excercises to do weekly/daily, and overall ways to improve health and lose weight ASAP.

Will provide any info/pics if they are needed/requested. Thank you all.

>tried counting calories

Well seems you didn't count right then. Get an app, don't bullshit yourself on the portions you're eating, and record it every day. Then after a month, you should see results. You obviously have no will power, but maybe seeing it recorded will help you. Probably though, you'll just lie to yourself about how much you're actually eating, you fat fuck. And at 18, what a shitbag

Just do push ups and sit-ups when you stop for gas.
>>
>>36633274

3x until failure jacking off the driver, for both arms each
followed by 3x2 cum swallows for protons
and 10x6 gloryholes at gas station toilets
and finally 3x5 dropping the soap in the motel showers
>>
>>36633274
lean your seat all the way back
do crunches
each crunch will count for 5-10 regular crunches, as you'll have to fight the momentum of the car to get up

No pros. For a $60-80 package that lasts 1-2 weeks, if that, is junk.
Buy real food with real nutrition. You'll digest it better, feel better, etc.

Pasta, oats, are excellent sources of easy carbs. Fork it down with protein like chicken/turkey and you'll easily hit your calorie/macros

if you've never had to do anything that required self-sacrifice and a significant time investment, why would dieting be any different?

Because no matter how fat and out of shape they get, someone will still 'love' them, so there is no real incentive. That does not happen with dudes.

other than controlling diet and making exercise at least 3 times a week, any other consideration i should have while taking this?

i've done it before a few years ago, but i was in another country (brazil) and used their version of bronkaid - which had the same amount of ephedrine. i remember not feeling ANY of the so said collateral effects.

I just started ECA again after years of being completely natty. The first thing that happened was everything that was in my intestines almost immediately evacuated. I thought I was going to die. Lost about 10lbs of shit though.

What will the results be of a long-term diet consisting of these macros, /fit/?

gains galore, low body fat. vince gironda.

>lo fat, hi carb, hi protein

miserable. trash

>lo fat, lo carb, hi protein

literal death. watch the doc about the average joe who went on a journey to compete as a natty bodybuilder. close to comp his body was literally shutting down he was having nervous breakdowns/tired 24/7. your body needs mostly fat but or carb cant lose both

>hi fat, hi carb, hi protein

the SAD diet. result = fat fuck
>>
>>36629631

Not OP, but why are carbs bad?

Is muh endless rice going to kill my gains?
>>
>>36629650
it isn't that carbs are bad, it's that cutting fats is a good way to fuck yourself up
