So I've finally decided to make the change to getting in shape, been working out regularly for the past month and a half, I'm eating healthier, but one thing I can't eat is oatmeal. The texture just makes me gag. Any suggestions for a good substitute for oatmeal?

If you're lagging a bit on your progression or you're plateauing on your lifts, creatine might give you that small extra boost to push just a little bit more and thus beak your plateau. The water retention/muscle pump is gives you is also pretty alright, increased energy is also gud.

Yeah I only heard about them around christmas time (some walmart advertisement for one, but they were out of stock).
