Was wondering if I can consume 5.8 tbsp (87g) per day of pic related everyday without any adverse sides. Consumed like 40g at once 2 days ago and it was raining shit. Spaced out my servings yesterday and was kinda fine. Plan on taking a spoonful every hour or so until finished.

Been on Keto for a month and a half now, I've noticed steady progress but not skinnyfat to completely shredded in 4 weeks like pic related. I plan on being on the diet for another month or so. guessing I'm about 13% bf right now at 6ft ,67.5 kg. My question is, is it possible to have a cheat day on keto? So far I haven't cheated once and have maintained a 75% fat, 35% protein and 5% carbs at 1750 calories a day.

Yeah, I usually have a cheat meal on Saturday nights, and have some pasta or burgers or something with a few beers. For an entire cheat day, maybe go something like 40/40/30 fat/carb/protein. Just a suggestion, since it's a cheat day, do whatever you feel like.

Whats are the best methods to increase height /fit/?
I know about basic things such as trying to get as much sleep as possible and eating healthy etc. Ive also been reading about how high intensity sprinting can increase HGH levels massively, and how lifting hard can also help.

Any real suggestions are much appreciated as im only 5"7 (170cm) at 18.

PS. how many years do I likely have before my growth plates close?
