Im too lazy to look up new recipes and cook different food everyday.

If you had to eat the same food every day,what would you choose?

My picks so far are oats,soy milk,different frozen berries,bananas,apples,oranges,different nuts,rice,spinach,broccoli,brussels sprouts and tofu.

Is there anything else I should add? I occasionally eat some fish or chicken breast, but Im trying to keep it vegan only for heart health reasons.

if i ate an avocado an hour before i went to the gym, then immediately proceeded to throw up after my workout. do i need to re-eat the avocado to hit macros or should i have gotten most of my nutrients out of it? ~2hr time period.

It will even out as long as you lift with symmetrical form. SL is a beginner routine (ramps up weight quickly, light start, core lifts) so it would work fine for you.

So here's the deal.

I'm 27. Weigh 166 lbs and am trying to lose weight and cut. I'm currently taking Animal Pak (only 1 pak) and SST. I don't eat much for breakfast maybe a cliff bar or an egg or something small and black coffee or a chi tea latte. For lunch I've been having an avocado and 2 boiled eggs and dinner pretty much whatever I want. Ribs, birkset, pasta. Whatever. I don't drink soda. I stay away from sugars as much as I can. I drink mostly water plain or with lemon. I'm an electrician so Im moving all day and after work I try and stay active. I workout maybe 2 or 3 times a week and I'd hardly call it a workout. I ride a stationary bike for 20 minutes. Lift some light weights and do some sit ups. I have physical therapy 2 times a week for a back injury mostly just stretches though. My wife has been working out for the past month or so and is looking absolutely amazing and I don't want us to be one of those couples where you look at me, some chubby fat punk and some smoking gorgeous angel on his arm thinking "wtf is going on here" so I need some help from /fit/ and some advice, pro tips, diet plans workout plans. Any thing and everything.

I have a weightloss question.

Website said my TDEE is around 2800 so I'm trying to aim for 1800 cal, but now that I'm very consciously counting, I'm having trouble reaching that. Is that too high? I've been eating around 1300 for the last few days, though I imagine it will be much easier when I'm going to the gym regularly. Would it hurt to eat less than that in the long run? Does that even sound right? I really want to do this right.

Is cycling a meme exercise? I don't really see the point in a form of cardio that only uses the quads. At least with running you get some minor core and shoulder work.

I don't have extraordinary looks so I know right away I'm not considered "a beautiful piece of art" like Brad Pitt but how do you know if you're average looking or above average looking?

I get random attractive people that smile at me or say hi, they could also just be friendly people, I dunno. I've walked into a popular bar that is frequented by the younger crowd on a random day looking for a part time weekend job and said to the manager that I'd like to apply to be a bartender, ended up I just got the job on the spot and she told me to start the next day. (Bartenders at popular bars are usually above average/attractive)

But I've been told I was average looking a couple times, once by a person who got into a flame-war with me on a social media site and used "you're just an average looking person" as an "insult".

Beauty is subjective but usually a person who is truly above average looking is considered above average by the majority.

Yo faggots, im trying to get into a new routine since i wont have as much time for gym cuz of stuff.

Anyway ripped a page straight out of Elliot's book cuz im gonna be doing less but dont wanna gain less. Came up with this

Day 1:

Front Squats/ Squats
Pull ups
Shoulder Press
Bicep Curls

Day 2:

Deadlift
Dips
Bench Press
Pushups

Yeah i know it doesnt say reps of weight but this is like a rough draft, was wondering if you guys can add something like 2 or 3 more exercises that i should be doing or move around the ones i plan on doing.
