I can now report that I feel like I have more energy, I've gained 35lbs of muscle, and no joke, my cock has gained half an inch though maybe that was just from fat loss. General tips for speeding up weight loss/muscle gains.

I'm not looking for an instant fix, I've been at it for two months now. Thing is I've barely noticed a change. I do fifteen minutes of intense cardio and lift every other day, and then do an hour of moderate to intense cardio on non-lifting days. I eat at a 500 calorie deficit and fast once a week.

I am T-rex, mode due to life long biking and running. My upper body is tiny in comparison. I wan't to keep squatting because I read it helps the rest of your body to grow, but I don't want to get anymore size in my legs. Is there ever a point where the fucking calorie counting and weighing out foods end? Where you can just lift and stay in relatively good shape without being a slave to your diet?

How the fuck do some of you guys do it? I'm so sick of bouncing back and forth between being fat and being lean. I was 12% body fat last year now I'm almost 25% trying to count my calories and macros while working going to uni full time. Hold me brehs. I don't think I'm gonna make it.

Hey /fit/, I wanna cut out my body fat.

Not in the "I'm a fat fuck and wanna lose weight FAST" kinda way. I mean I literally want to remove the fat from my body. But without doing lipo or some shit (that shit's expensive).

Animal fat has plenty of uses, so I assume it would be the same for people. I could render it and use it for making soap or starting fires. And hey, if I got all this blubber lying around being useless as shit, why NOT make practical use of it?

The idea I have is to make a large incision through the epidermal layer on particularly fatty areas where it won't make too much of a difference (such as the stomach or thighs). I wouldn't go deep-enough to damage muscle or tendons or anything - just enough to get to the fat (which is usually outside the muscle anyway, so it's not like I'd have to cut through any muscle to get to it). Then I'd just go to town for a little bit and then close the wound so I don't bleed to death.

So assuming I could get through the pain with painkillers, what's stopping me from slicing open my gut and manually scooping the fat out?
