I can pull 5pl8 conventional. So i figured if i tried cheating the deadlift, i could probably PR, but i could barely sumo deadlift 370.

I believe getting hurt is a huge facet of lifting and if youre obsessed enough to try to recover and push on then you'll reach a potential you only dreamed of.

You might not break a deadlift record for the next 2 years but trust me when you finally recover there will be gains.

Hey, do you know any complementary stuff to do besides cycling? I just started and doing routes from 4km to 7km, timing my progress and stuff on the Adidas app.
But I noticed that just my legs are getting buffed, I was thinking perhaps some burpees and abs.
My goal here is to vanish my fat shape regardless of my ideal weight, at least for now, It is utterpy important for me to diminish my stomach fat. ASAP.

If you're not doing intermittent fasting, is it a bad Idea to not eat for a fiew hours, as that will cause overeating later, or screw with my metabolism?
