Whether I need to go #2 soon or not, my gas reeks. Taking protein makes it a little bit worse, taking creatine makes it way worse.

My diet is NOT good. Greasy double cheeseburgers, chili cheese fries, pizza, refried beans, carne asada and tortillas make up at least lunch or dinner 5-7 days a week.

Should I cut that back, and try to eat a whole head of lettuce and spinach and cucumbers? I know the colon cleanse things are scams, but I feel like my innards need a good duct cleaning.

Today i went to the gym for the first time in months. I worked on my back and biceps. When i started the third exercise my neck got stiff. Not the whole tjme but whenever i did another set.

What causes that? Out of shape, dehydration, poor form? Never had this happen to me

I have intense sciatica in my left leg (most likely from a pinched nerve in my back). The pain has not gone away and it's been 10 weeks. What do?

I had it for a while and at first I couldn't even walk right.

Just keep up activity, try not to sit for too long at once, get up slowly if you do. Deadlifts and squats helped mine tremendously to the point where unless I'm in the car for hours on end I don't have pain.

I made a thread earlier today asking about how to fix loose skin hanging from my underarms but was unable to provide pictures due to being in class during the time of the thread.
It's not a lot but it still bothers me, especially when it jiggles. Makes me wanna fucking puke. I asked about treating them like balloons and filling them up with muscles in the last thread but other people have pointed out since I'm a grill, it's harder to do that compared to a male. I plan on purchasing me some dumbells and a gym membership to start lifting in hopes of that helping. Currently I do upper body workouts but as I mentioned in the old thread, it's a cheap weight machine that can only do so much. I also do cardio if that means anything.

Is there anything I can do? Is surgery my only option? Should I just kill myself already?

How often do you go to the gym? I'm going 3x per week (doing SL5x5) but it seems lots of people go 5-6 times each week.

Also doing SL5x5.

I go 6 days a week, 3 days weights alternated with 3 days cardio and 1 rest day.

Dude who wrote the program advises against cardio because he says it makes your legs sore (supposedly taking away from your squat) but for me it doesn't.

He also says if you insist on cardio to only do it after weights during the same workout but I don't know of any evidence that this is better/worse than doing them separate workouts, which is more convenient for me.

Though my work weights are pretty poor considering I've been at it for 7 months now, so you can take all that with a grain of salt.
