Here's the thing, we got 8 weeks time to get her to lose some weight and be in great shape. She's currently 5'7 weighing 149lbs.

She has a decent amount of muscle, she lifts and isn't exactly fat - but chunky and chubby, yes.

So, how do we get her in shape by that and how much weight you guys think we can get off? If I prepare the meals, she'll be eating exactly what I told her to. She isn't a binge eater and hasn't gained suddenly or anything. It's just that we have this important thingy coming up in 2 months and I now need all the tips and advices you guys got to really make her tight and hawt by that.

most women into (power) lifting are a joke. Females get considered strong if they can squat 200lb. That's easily achievable in a year if they don't start off skelly mode. But when it comes to men, you are only considered strong if you put years of effort in lifting. Just because there aren't so many women who lift, doesn't mean that they are actually strong.

I need your help /fit/, you're my only hope. I am trying to get into the Air Force but I am slightly underweight. Due to regulations I can't go in unless I put on five pounds. I am 5'9" and 115 pounds roughly. 18 years old. I thought if I eat more calories than I burn in a day I have to gain weight? My parents are like, "Oh, just eat more!"
