I started to lift 3 months ago.
176cm / 82kgs atm. (5'9" / 180lbs)
My program is a form of FBW 3 times a week.
I gained around 4-5kgs (11~lbs) and I see the gains myself, mostly on arms and thighs, however my chest didn't improved much.
I believe any amount of fat tissue around chest is gyno so yeah I want to face it.

I started reading about strogens, bpa, bottled water etc. For all the info i gathered it seems close to impossible to avoid all this crap but I'm sure there must be someone who was in this spot before. Any guides on how to avoid strogens?
Is avoiding plastic and bad deodorants enough?
What kind of food should I avoid, in addition to junk food/sweets of course.
I'm worried about the food with the "healthy" label that might impact strogen level - like soy right?...

Is this strogens matter just a meme?

Explain this:

In the USA (study abroad 5 months):
>feast on meat, diary and whatever may come in form of fast food everywhere, little to no veggies and fruit
>Literally check out every fast food joint there is, eat fast food daily
>Daily snacks from Wal-Mart, Reese is my main nigga and trust me we get down several times a day
>Cheetos side hoe but still fuqq almost daily

Norway (homeland)
>Eat healthy because fast food is expensive
>Fish, chicken, potatoes, rice covers 40% of my weekly diet
>A rare snack now and then (a handfull potatochips a day at max)
>Drink fish oil daily
>Water is of MUCH higher quality than the water in the US where I mostly drank soda

US:
Acne cleared up 100% despite shit diet, I didn't go up/down ONE pound (this is the biggest mystery, I was full every day and ate way more than back home, explain this sorcery).

Norway:
Acne is on the way back started not one week since I got back, I'm losing weight drastically even though I eat well and healthy

Everything I know about dieting has been disproved by my semester abroad, and I'm looking for some logical explanation. Excuse my English.

So, what do you have to lie to your practitioner to prescribe you legit, pharmaceutical-tier, 1st class testosterone?


I was thinking:

Could it work?

I do not want to try locker-room tier type testos from sources that are highly questionable. I would try only this way.

That won't work because they blood test you prior to prescribing it.

Your only chance would be to engage in behaviors that crash test levels before your appointment, but even that probably wouldn't work. You could blast some strong oral steroids for a couple of weeks to shut down your natural production, then go to the doctor.

You can buy legit pharma test online also, but it is quite expensive.

Just as a side note though, underground lab produced test is generally pretty legit because it is cheap and easy to produce.
