I just moved from SL to PPL and even though I'm eating 300g of carbs, 75g fat and 150g protein daily I always feel sluggish and tired as faurk.

First week in and on Sunday I slept for 10 hours overnight and took an hour long nap during the day after lunch.

Am I overtraining? Will I get used to the increased volume or should I go for something easier like 4x or 5x a week?

I'd just buy turkey joints for like 3 bucks per kilogram, or fresh chicken/pork/beef for 3-5bucks a kg depending on the part.

Yes I'm drunk everynight, still making good gains, even got accused of using roids several times.

gym doesn't have a squat rack, only way to squat is with a smith machine and its annoying af..

That is literally the only cure for baldness
That being said what i find works is if you just have thinning/sparse hair, shave the sides and back with a razor and leave like 3mm (idk how much just a guess) of hair ontop and sort of fade it into it

This ends up looking like a military haircut and can sort of be better then going full chrome dome (You will still look bald anyways but this helps)

What are some exercises and lifestyle changes could I make to better prepare myself for the military. I plan on enlisting in 6 months.

Honestly you're way ahead than most of the people that go in. There are some people that go in that can't even do 10 pushups.

I would say just keep trying to improve what you're doing right now.

Once you can do 10 pullups you should add 10 lbs, hang a little plate using that chain belt or hold a dumbbell between your legs.

you should be able to do 1.6 to 2 miles in 12 mins.

min 40 sit ups, min 35 push ups and min 10 pull ups.

and also have a lot of stress endurance.

Should be able to do run 2 miles in 13 minutes do 72 push ups and 81 sit ups for enlisting, I don't think they measure you on pull ups anymore.

You are on the right track OP there is no reason you shouldn't be able to reach your goal in 3-4 months at most if you keep it up.
