Have you guys ever made any major errors in dealing with your diet?

I am anorexic, I am 109lbs at 6'4. For my birthday I asked my parents to buy me a giant 1lb snickers bar and promised to eat it inf ront of them, as part of my recovery.

Basically I spent 1 hour this morning eating a giant snickers bar whilst my parents cheered me on and my dad shouted stuff like 'go on fat boy, hide those ribs with snickers flab'. When I finished I felt so bad. I have spent 3 hours now making myself vomit, sticking my finger in my throat etc. I am a disgusting shit, I feel ashamed of myself. My other gifts were all food related as well except for a hammer which I asked for to smash my food scale (I took the idea from a pic posted in fathate threads)

How do I deal with this? I want to gain but not like this.

So over the years I've seen tons of people espouse the medical benefits of antioxidants, mainly in preventing cancer, but I have seen little actual scientific evidence supporting it. I know the logic behind antioxidants is that it inhibits oxidation in the body, which is supposed to reduce the chances for something to mutate and become a mutated and potentially cancerous cell. Is there any actual scientific support that antioxidants prevent cancer? If so, is it only certain antioxidants that exhibit cancer prevention properties in humans, or do all of them? Do flavanoids in tea "count" as antioxidants?

Which cardio do you prefer? Do you even do any besides lifting?
How many times a week do you do it?
How is the intensity?
Do you participate in fitness events like the strongman run or similar ones?
What do you prefer doing cardio alone or with someone else?
Do you prefer cardio in the gym or outdoors?
On a related note:
I am cutting right now and eat about 700 below my tdee.
After cardio I burnt about 500 to 600 cals. Do I have to intake those burnt ones again or can I just stick to the plan as if there was no cardio? Will I lose more muscles than fat this way?

A little of both.

Pectoral origins play a big part in chest shape. Insertions not so much..

An underdeveloped clavicular pec can have a rounder softer look, whereas a properly developed one gives a nice angular, cut look to the chest.

Overdeveloped sternal heads can result in droopy man chest (see: scooby)

Amazing. Average of 70 degrees. 3-5 days of rain a year. Coldest it gets is like 40 degrees on a super extreme winter. Usually still can rock shorts and tank top during winter though.
