Tell me about your physical or mental goals What are the cravings that are stopping them? What do you do to help stop said cravings?

I'll take a look Anon, for the most part i'm completely over it.
I had stomach issues the first week (bowel movements irregular) and I have slight insomnia already, where the one time I did smoke calmed me down enough to sleep, but I'm pretty sure i'm out of the woods now.

I really really just enjoy driving and smoking, it feels natural y'know? Good music, wind on your face, just want to light up.
I digress, I think I'm going to be ok now.

Something as simple as quitting soft drinks really can be a huge positive change for you.

Ok since summer is here I will start my muscle growth program which includes following:

>At least 200gr protein per day
>5gr BCAA supplement per day
>200mg modafinil every 3 days for power and concentration
>max 100gr carbs per day, no sugar or grains

Thoughts ?

It basically takes the "guess" work out of it. You no longer ever think "did I eat too much today?" etc.

Of course people have done it without counting, but in my opinion, counting is 100% better. I'm a numbers-fag though. I like tracking all these things.

As long as you eat at a caloric deficit you will lose weight. Counting calories can help make the process easier by keeping track of how much you're eating, but it is not necessary.

What are your goals? In general, though, I'd say that won't get you anywhere. In the time that you're done reading my post, you could have done all 10 burpees and all 10 pushups, so I don't think it'll do much.

So I have been thinking, he must be in good shape due to his retardation right?
He is always moving around, shaking his body, throwing fits, smashing his toys everywhere. He must be burning at least 1000 calories a day from being retarded.

I am struggling to lose weight. I am 340lbs and just can't do it, because I can't stop eating. So I've been thinking is it medically possible to induce mental retardation for a period of time each day without causing lasting damage so that I can burn calories like he does? I am jealous of him. I have been trying to 'role play' as a retarded person for a few hours each day by rolling around on the floor slamming things but it isn't easy to do without feeling ridiculous

Have you guys ever tried this?
I am considering going about 26 hours without sleep then trying to play a puzzle videogame to cause my brain to become temporarily overwhelmed which I hope will induce retardation

So I just found and read the sticky and I dont know if im a beginner or an intermediate.

I have been lifting for 1 year and some time and my lifts are :
Bench press: 60Kg
OHP seated: 45Kg
Squat:80Kg (fuck up knee cap from birth)
Deadlift:100kg

18yo and 173cm, I just did the routine the guy at my gym told me to and im currently doing a PPL routine, so am I a begginer or an intermediate?
