1 month on a PPL routine, I do whatever on leg days. No dead lift area in my gym and I don't bench because it doesn't really isolate my chest. I try not to stay in the gym for more than an hour.

Your hips are wayyyy too low. They should be above parallel. Notice how your hips rise before you begin the pull? Stop that

All the sudden it hit me: I wasn't seeing the results I wanted because EATING right. And I wasnt eating right because for me, running and lifting heavy shit is easier than using my brain and changing what kinds of foods I eat.

You can literally train yourself to like a bowl full of kale tossed in olive oil. You just have to learn to prepare it or only eat out at nice restaraunts.
