Anyone here find it hard to work out after you wake up? Any benefits of it?
Went to the gym after a nap and felt so slow and stiff that I ended up doing nothing. Today is supposed to be a rest day anyway, but I was trying to make my 4 day routine into a 5 day one.

It's super hard. I can only workout while asleep, which meant I had to force myself to workout for 72 hours straight so my body would get to know what it felt like and do it automatically.
Since I started sleeplifting, my gains have increased dramatically. It's like creatine but you don't lose your hair.

Bar height is a personal thing, don't get stuck in fixed terms Alan Thrall may throw at you, he is a SS coach now, so take everything he says with pinch of salt.
Be a nice lad and find what suits you best. For instance there are people that place the bar in a lowish placement but squat in a rather upright position.
The switch to lowbar improved my squat.

Help with Cutting and Lifting:
I feel like nothing is working anymore. I have been working out for 3 years and my progress wasn't as good as the first year of going to the gym. I was at 270lbs and went down to 190lbs, with the help of vpx Meltdown 2. My diet consisted of 4oz of chicken, 4oz of brown rice, and 4oz of greens. My strength and body felt great. After new years, I got back to 250 and tried doing ketogenic diet from all the trending. I lost weight but strength diminished. I can barely bench 1 plate now, grew bitch tits and can't stop sweating all the time. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I go to the gym, but it just feels like a chore that isn't even benefiting me anymore. Wat to do /fit/ ?
