Help with Cutting and Lifting:
I feel like nothing is working anymore. I have been working out for 3 years and my progress wasn't as good as the first year of going to the gym. I was at 270lbs and went down to 190lbs, with the help of vpx Meltdown 2. My diet consisted of 4oz of chicken, 4oz of brown rice, and 4oz of greens. My strength and body felt great. After new years, I got back to 250 and tried doing ketogenic diet from all the trending. I lost weight but strength diminished. I can barely bench 1 plate now, grew bitch tits and can't stop sweating all the time. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I go to the gym, but it just feels like a chore that isn't even benefiting me anymore. Wat to do /fit/ ?
