Anyone here find it hard to work out after you wake up? Any benefits of it?
Went to the gym after a nap and felt so slow and stiff that I ended up doing nothing. Today is supposed to be a rest day anyway, but I was trying to make my 4 day routine into a 5 day one.

It's super hard. I can only workout while asleep, which meant I had to force myself to workout for 72 hours straight so my body would get to know what it felt like and do it automatically.
Since I started sleeplifting, my gains have increased dramatically. It's like creatine but you don't lose your hair.
I just find it hard to wake up desu
