I have learned that focusing too much on one aspect of my life, will fuck over the other aspects, and make me feel less good overall.

Never, ever, ever slack even the slightest bit in habitual sports/healthy routines

I made a longterm plan of what I want my life to look like in 3 years. It is good to have motivation in the back of my head all the time.
I signed up for a training which teaches me the basics of lifting in January, and will start lifting in my resting days (I was focusing on cardio).

I'm getting there, fixed my diet and losing a lot of kg's lately.

My squat max is 415 but dead lift is 335... I squat 2x a week and dead lift 1x a week. Will my dead lift catch up if I do it 2x a week?

If you want to deadlift heavier then deadlift more often.

Any BJJ fags here?

After spending several years primarily lifting as my only fitness activity, with the occasional running mixed in, I wanted to try something knew.

Went to a BJJ class because UFC and JRE convinced me it would be awesome, and it turns out it pretty much is.

Been training a few months now and have barely lifted since I started, every time I lift I end up underperforming in BJJ the next day or two because I'm too sore.

Anyone with experience doing both have tips? Or do I need to kiss my gains goodbye to switch focus?

What's the best way to prepare for the italian special forces' test? The test consists of 5000m in 20 minutes, 100m in 14 seconds, freestyle swimming for 100m, jumping 135cms, long jump of 4m, climbing a smooth rope for 25m without using your legs with little to no rest inbetween.
How do i demolish this test? I have 6 years to prepare and i already do boxing (been doing it for 2 years)
