Hi fit I need help

My body is fucking gross. Ignoring my big crooked nose and fucked up teeth, my face is kinda OK with blue eyes and shit

But my body is awful. I'm fat only in certain places. I have almost no gut, I have no fat on my arms, shoulders or neck. I just have tits and love handles, it doesn't help that my chest protrudes forward and is narrow. Also my thighs are wide.

How to fix?

I often occupy the only rack with my shit lifts but I have never problem working together with other people.

All you gotta do is ask and not give a death stare from the corner. Those make me more determined to spend more time and doing another shit exercise at the rack for giggles.

Why do some people who have a lot mucle and strength still look like shit?

Here's a trick if you really care that much.

>Do cardio christmas morning
>Eat all you want
>Resume schedule as normal
Eating alot once or twice during the holidays wont mess you up at all. If you gorge yourself for a week straight that's just two weeks small deficit and cardio at very most to fix. Just enjoy the time with your family brah.

Hey /fit/ skelly here with a question that isn't covered in the sticky :

I already know that you have to eat alot to gain weight but unfortunately my budget is tight atm, will taking a gainer on top of my already low calorie intake help me gain weight?
I was thinking an additional 1000 calories a day from the gainer.

Keep in mind I have a pull up bar and I can do only bodyweight exercises , is it a good idea?
I'm just sick of being a skelly.

If you're short on cash then 'gainers' are a bad idea, they're expensive for what they are. Shopping smart at the grocery store and making your own food is always going to be cheaper. Things like steelcut oats bought in the bulk food aisle and chicken breast in bulk packs is cheap an calorie-dense. So are things like rice. Even butter isn't that expensive considering 14 grams is 100kcal. Whole milk is cheap and nutritious.

Whole milk is dirt chea and should add 650kcals for 1L.
Oats are dirt cheap. Potatoes are cheap. Tuna in some countries are dirt cheap(for protein)

and youre limited with a bodyweight only routine.

How you cant save money for gym membership is beyond me. But whatever floats your boat.
